Piping Foreman

RDR is seeking to round out our Piping and Mechanical Division.
There will be consistent travel out of state.
Currently seeking Foreman for various projects across West Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, and Eastern Ohio.
Job Summary:
Foremen will report directly to their RDR supervisor.
When operating equipment must be willing to assist with labor work when needed.
- Supervise, instructs, operates and participates in the construction as well as all fittings and required appurtenances.
- Must have general knowledge of installation, testing, and restoration procedures.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to natural gas construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Supervise, schedule, coordinate daily work with superintendent.
- Communicate effectively with Superintendent and customer and work through issues.
- Train and mentor crew members and ensure productivity is met or exceeded.
- Maintain accurate job records including daily reports, material usage, and project logs.
- Keep safety as a top priority with a focus on efficiency and production with job costs in mind.
- Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
- Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
- Able to work up to and at times greater than 12 hour days
Preferred experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience with mechanical steel piping installation.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as Foreman preferred.
Highly seeking those comfortable working on steep terrain and winching experience preferred.
