RDR is seeking Skilled Laborers.
Job Summary:
Laborers will report directly to their RDR supervisor.

MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL 70-100% of the time. Currently home on weekends.

• Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
• Able to work up to and at times greater than 10 hour days
• Must be proficient with hand tools.
• Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week on average. *weather permitting*.
• Willingness to learn and obtain knowledge.
• Capable of manual labor.
• Ready and able to work.
• On time and prepared for work.
• Clean and maintain equipment and tools.
• Identify and retrieve tools and materials.
• Job site cleanup.
• Forming and installing concrete.
• Install topsoil, seed, and mulching work areas.
• Wear proper PPE for each task.
• Fire extinguisher, First Aid, Equipment, Truck, and Trailer Inspections.
• Turn in Inspections to Foreman.
• Identify and prevent job site hazards.
• Manual labor associated with any task.
• Abide by all Company, Customer, State, and Federal Regulations.

Experience Requirements:
Preferred experience:
Experience forming, mixing, and pouring concrete.
Experience installing and leveling topsoil, seeding, and mulching.
Construction experience.
